    It may not have been assembled correctly and it is necessary to ensure that you pull out the hidden section until the spring lock pops out completely (IMPORTANT). Please refer to the instructions or page description for correct assembly.

    WHY DO TREKKING POLES COLLAPSE?

    The fliplock system may not be locked. Open the fliplock tab and adjust the poles to the proper height. Close fliplock tab. You should feel a bit of resistance when closing it. Please refer to the instruction or page description for correct assembly.

    HOW DO I SET THE DESIRED HEIGHT?

    Suitable trekking pole length = your height x 0.7. The adjustment range is 115-135 cm, and the suitable height range is 166-193 cm.

    WHY CAN THE TREKKING POLES HANDLE BE DETACHED?

    To store trekking poles in your backpack or luggage easily, we designed the handle to be detachable. It is not a defective product.
